Private Participation
We want everyone who wants the personalized "Lift Up My Soul" painting to have one whether their ward participates in the project or not. If your Ward doesn’t choose to participate, you can still have one done for your loved one.
The only real rule regarding private participation is that you can order them only for members of your immediate and extended family. If other youth in your ward also want the painting, their parents or another family member must place the order.
The Process
The process of placing your private participation order is basically the same as a Ward or Stake order. Just follow these simple steps:
The Photographs
The first step is to take the photographs of your child. When you are ready to do that just click the "Photographs" button.
Prepare the "Order Information Worksheet-PP"
The "Order Information Worksheet-PP" will help you gather the necessary information to include with your order. You may get a copy by clicking the icon below.
Sending the order with photos
You will send the photos and order information to us via email.
In the "Subject" line, of your email type "Private Participation".
In the body of the email you must included the information from the worksheet.
If you have your pictures taken and you are ready to place your order click here.
Order Received
Once you have sent all your photos and order information you are finished with your order placement. You will receive a notification by return email confirming that your data has been successfully received and that your order is in process.
Order Completed
When your order has been completed you will receive an email which will have your image file attached. The image will be 8" by 10" @ 300dpi, which when printed will product a fine quality image. Your image will be sent to you in a .zip file.
